The preliminary work on burning porcupine happened over 6/13-6/14. Lloyd's got water running at the farm house and has the electricity working. We selected a location for an amphitheater and starting work on making it nice. There's now a path down to the creek, and Russell cleared the creek a bit for a "river walk". The first official work weekend is June 20-22. If you'd like to come camp out, help out a little, have some fun, feel free to join us. There's cold water for a shower, but no hot water, which may be one of the things we work on. There's rock moving to do, and likely mowing. New photos courtesy of Kira.

May 22nd, 2008 - Website started

May 11th 2008 - Jim Johnson and Lauren Canario finished a Burning Porcupine firebox and tested it with 3 other participants (Kira, Russell, and Kat)

In April 2008 a group of people (Jay and Silent Bob, Lloyd, Mark, Jim, Lauren, Roger, and Russell) visited the farm and declared it to be:
"The perfect location for Burning Porcupine"

Other comments included:
"Look at all that grass, you could play golf here."
"These fields will be great."

March 2008 - Bob Hull supplied the location:
Hoyt Road, Grafton, NH

It has a farm house, a party field, a creek and lots of trees.

Burn, Baby, Burn!
